Amdur Productions proudly presents the 3rd Annual Lake View Art Festival in one of the liveliest and most well-known areas of Chicago. Lake View East, located in the city’s scenic north side along the lakefront is also known as the home of legendary Wrigley Field. The neighborhood boasts prime residential real estate and bustling business areas with unique stores and restaurants. This year’s festival is located from Belmont to Roscoe along Broadway Street. Throughout the two-day event, brought to you by the Lake View East Chamber of Commerce, 150 juried artists and 92,000 residents participate in what promises to be an enduring addition to Chicago’s great summer of culture and fun.

FESTIVE FOOD
Visitors enjoy a variety of fare ranging from fresh-squeezed lemonade, to sweets, snacks, sandwiches and more. Local restaurants operate continuously throughout the weekend.
CREATIVE AND EDUCATIONAL FUN
The festival features live glass blowing demonstrations by Daniel M. Marder of Making Glass LLC studio and gallery. Also, come and paint a real car donated by Fields Auto in any color or design at our Paint-A-Car tent. Enjoy drawing and helping other kids at our Project Linus tent where kids can draw on fabric that will be made into quilts to be given to children in hospitals. This is a great opportunity for kids to have fun, creatively express themselves and help other kids all at the same time. For all ages there is Art Fest Bingo, where kids can search the art festival for images to match on their bingo card.
LOCAL TALENT
The Lake View East Chamber of Commerce proudly announces that many artists from Lake View neighborhood passed the jury for this year’s festival and are displaying their work throughout the event!
FREE ENTERTAINMENT
Throughout the weekend, live music entertains the crowds. From acoustic rock duo Cirrus Falcon, to smooth jazz, Brazilian guitar, a harpist, an Irish dance ensembleeven a dancing violinist, there’s melody in the air.

DIRECTIONS:
From the North
Take I-294/I-94 toward Chicago. Exit I-94 at California Avenue/2800 West (Exit 46A). Travel along California Avenue to Diversey Avenue. Turn left on Diversey Avenue. Diversey Avenue will eventually become Diversey Parkway. Stay on Diversey Parkway and turn left onto Halsted Street. From Halsted, turn right onto Belmont Avenue. The southern perimeter of the festival is located at the intersection of Belmont and Broadway Avenues.
From the South or East
Traveling from the south, take I-94 toward Chicago; traveling from the east, take I-90 (Chicago Skyway) toward Chicago. Both highways will eventually merge into I-90/94. Travel westbound on I-90/94 to I-55 northbound (Stevenson Expressway). Take I-55 north to Lake Shore Drive/US-41 North. Proceed northbound on Lake Shore Drive and take the Belmont Avenue exit. Travel west on Belmont Avenue to Broadway Avenue. The southern perimeter of the festival is located at the intersection of Belmont and Broadway Avenues.
From the West
Take I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway) west to I-90/94 eastbound. Travel on I-90/94 east to I-55 North (Stevenson Expressway). Take I-55 north to Lake Shore Drive/US-41 North. Proceed northbound on Lake Shore Drive and take the Belmont Avenue exit. Travel west on Belmont Avenue to Broadway Avenue. The southern perimeter of the festival is located at the intersection of Belmont and Broadway Avenues.
